It
concerns a valuation system of educational programmes. The
system
consists of three stages:
Trainees’
valuation
Trainers’
valuation
Valuation
of the educational programme and the educational institution
that realises the programme
Trainees’
valuation
during training consists of three phases.
In
the first phase trainees are evaluated on the knowledge acquired
during the educational programme.
This valuation takes place in
collaboration with the trainers and according to the
subject of training. Thus
we may have various types of valuation:
On
the job – when it’s about the practical training or training in
companies.
Multiple-choice
test – when it’s about the theoretical or practical part of
the training
Group
or personal projects
Examination
of other kind which is chosen by the trainers and the
director of studies.
The valuation takes place during at least three different time
periods of the
educational
programme.
The
second phase concerns the valuation of the trainees’ professional
skills, and is conducted in
two separate valuations by filling in questionnaires.
Aim
of the third phase is to measure the effectiveness of the programme.
The
trainees are asked
to take a skill test (respective to the subject of the
training), which is
identical to the one they took during the process of their
selection. Thus
we have one measurement of their skills during their
coming in the programme and one during their leaving the programme.
Trainers’
valuation is done in three ways:
The
trainers are evaluated by the trainees who fill in a questionnaire
(teach
– 01)
The
scientific management of the educational organization (training
manager, thematic field manager etc) evaluates the trainer
– on the job –
and writes down his valuation by answering a questionnaire
(teach – 02)
The
trainers evaluate themselves by filling in a questionnaire (teach – 03).
The
valuation of the educational programme (ex – post)
is done by the
participants of the programme i.e. the trainers and the trainees by
filling in
questionnaires.
